A primary school in Barry is celebrating participating in a nationwide maths and English Challenge.

12 children from All Saints Church in Wales Primary received awards after taking part in the annual ‘DoodleLearning Summer Challenge.'

The challenge is designed to motivate pupils during the school holidays and prevent summer learning loss.

More than 26,000 children took part in this year’s challenge by practising maths and English on DoodleLearning’s apps for just a few minutes each day.
