Two applications for ongoing Barry planning applications have been submitted to the Vale of Glamorgan Council.
The applications, relating to condition discharges and amendments, were submitted to the council between Monday, October 21 and Sunday, October 27.
Discharge of condition
An application for a discharge of condition for Condition 9 (landscaping management plan) for planning ref 2018/00597/RES has been submitted. The application relates to the Cliff Top public open space.
The original condition stated: "A landscape management plan, including management responsibilities and maintenance schedules for all landscaped areas (including the allotments) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
"The landscape management plan shall be carried out as approved at all times thereafter."
A land management plan has now been submitted.
