Owner Kathyrn Donovan 39, said: “It’s really nice to see athletes choosing this sort of way to help ease their muscles as part of their recovery and it’s just lush that mine's the sauna they are coming to use. I love having them.”

Many recognisable players from Team Cymru were in Barry last weekend including Hayley Ladd, Anna Fibley, Saf Middleton, Ceri Holland, Lois Joel, and Rhiannon Roberts.

She said: “The girls they were lovely, they were such a good laugh.

“They all went into the sea and were all encouraging each other you could really see their team spirit within them and how much they support and help each other.” Business owner Kathyrn Donovan with her business award Business owner Kathyrn Donovan with her business award and sauna (Image: NQ) The team was using the sauna as a relaxation tool following their round one match against Slovakia last Saturday.
