Parents and children celebrated half-term weekend on Barry Island with a roar as families rushed down to the promenade to catch a glimpse of a dinosaur show.
The pre-historic beasts were a hit with the locals who snapped lots of photos and videos of the event.
The dinosaurs were led around the promenade by expert handlers and many children had the opportunity to even take a selfie with a T-Rex.
There over twenty different dinosaurs as part of the show including a new baby dinosaur called "Ali the Allosaurus".
The family day out was put on by Barry Island Promenade Fun Park and was free of charge.
There were lots of many other characters there in costume children could interact with including Spiderman, Deadpool, Bluey, Stitch, and many more.Even the weather played its part and made half term weekend a sunny one to remember.
