Someone call an ambulance Casualty has been filming in Barry!
The BBC One medical drama has been gracing our screens since 1986 and today Barry locals were given a sneak peek into the excitement with filming happening between Watson Street and Court Road.
The film crews wrapped up a scene where a in gear paramedic style character was spotted running out into the street clutching a baby in their arms.
The baby of course was a fake ‘real life doll’ style plastic baby and not a real-life infant.Court Road multi-storey carpark was used in filming the character ran out at top speed from the onside entrance of the building.
Another Barry filming location crew members have been spotted at is Barry Docks crew members were seen there earlier this month.The new series will be a Christmas special and is due to air in December this year. This will be the 40th series of the show.
