A planning application has been submitted to transform the former Station Hotel and Skittle Bowling Alley on Windsor Road Penarth into new living accommodation.
The application submitted to Penarth Town Council details the proposed partial demolition of the existing building and the construction of six residential units.
The application progress reads as partially determined.The application reads: ‘No development shall commence, including any works of demolition, until a Construction Environment Management Plan (CEMP) has been submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority.’
The proposed works include the removal of 1 building, previously ‘The Station Hotel Skittle Alley & 2 other Structures,’ the renovation of the existing living accommodation and the remodelling of the existing buildings to create 6 new individual dwellings as per the attached approved plans and documents.
The application itself has been submitted by company ‘Top House Developments.’ and is awaiting consultation responses.
