A new burger business has opened in the Vale.
‘Grill next door’ is the latest burger business to take over Barry offering authentic American style smash burgers.
We asked Logan how business is going he said: “We launched 4 weeks ago, and we’ve been sold out constantly.”
“We keep buying record amounts of stock and keep managing to sell out so, we can never predict things.”
The business has even been reviewed by popular food vloggers including names like Wayne eats and Vlog in the life.
“It has thinly sliced onions so paper thin which we use a mandolin for and then they’re caramelised in the patty.”
Logan described how feedback has been: “So, we’ve been called the best smash burger in Barry, the Vale, and South Wales, which is a huge achievement.
“It’s going extremely well and definitely something to make a song and dance about.”
The business is currently open every Friday and Saturday from 5pm to 10pm or until sold out.
