A crash concerning a bus and a number of stationary cars at a Vale hospital is being investigated.
Emergency services were called to University Hospital Llandough in Penarth around 2.30pm yesterday afternoon (October 10th).
Members of the emergency services at the scene of the incident included South Wales Police and South Wales Fire and Rescue Service.
South Wales Fire and Rescue assisted by setting up a cordon and moved vehicles to improve safety.
In a statement online South Wales Fire and Rescue said: “SWFRS received a call at approximately 2.37pm to reports of a road traffic collision involving a bus and several cars at Cardiff and Vale NHS Trust University Hospital, Llandough.
“Crews and appliances from Penarth and Cardiff Central attended and assisted.”
South Wales Police have stated the following about the crash: “At 2.35pm yesterday, a report was received of a collision between a bus and a number of stationary cars within the grounds of Llandough Hospital.
“There were no reports of serious injuries.
"The circumstances surrounding the collision are being looked into.”
Investigations are ongoing.
