A Christmas market will be taking place in Barry.
Barry Mayor Councillor Catherine Iannucci-Williams will hold the event on Saturday, November 30, from 10am to 2pm, at the Cemetery Approach Community Centre.
The market will feature a variety of arts and crafts makers.
The free-entry event provides an opportunity to purchase handmade gifts.
Refreshments will also be available, with proceeds supporting the mayor's chosen charities: Vale Foodbank and Shua Home and Sanctuary.
The Vale Foodbank is part of The Trussell Trust’s network, tackling food poverty and hunger both locally and across the UK.
Shua Home and Sanctuary is an animal welfare charity, operated by volunteers, providing an emergency rescue and rehabilitation service for stray, sick, injured, and unidentified cats and kittens.
This Christmas market is part of Barry Town Council's festive events.
The Barry Christmas Festival will take place at King Square and Central Park on November 22 and 23.
The festival is a joint effort by Barry Town Council and Vale of Glamorgan Council.
