There has been one Barry planning application submitted to the Vale of Glamorgan Council in the last week.
The application focuses on a condition that was included in a previously approved planning application.
The discharge of condition application was made for the Merrie Friars building on Barry Island's Paget Road.
The condition required the developer to provide a materials schedule for the conversion and extension of the building into six flats.
The developer has now provided the list.
The materials listed include the existing grey masonry, mineral wool with silicone render, James Hardie VL planks in khaki and chestnut brown, black uPVC windows and doors, black aluminium Bi-fold doors and glass railings.
