The Met Office suggests a cloudy day, with light rain starting around 7pm.
The rain is expected to last through the night and into Sunday morning.
The high is predicted to be 15 degrees, but gusts of around 30mph should be expected.
Sunday, October 6 is likely to be the wettest day of the weekend.
Light rain is expected to continue through the morning, with showers predicted through the afternoon, but it will turn cloudy in the evening.
A bit of respite comes in terms of temperature, which is predicted to be slightly higher at 16 degrees.
Wind gusts reaching around 26mph have been warned in the early morning.
Monday, October 7 is projected to be cloudy in the morning, turning to light showers from 10am, before sunny intervals around 4pm.
Temperatures are again anticipated to reach a high of around 16 degrees, with the breeze calming to 22mph.
