What's on the menu at Try My Masala in Barry?

Try My Masala, owned by Khaled Abdul, is a family run business that sells ‘exclusive Indian style cuisine.’

Popular menu items include a range of curries such as masalas’, kormas’, madras,’ and vindaloo’s, alongside the chef’s own special recommendations which includes a few Korai dishes.

Indian Food (Image: Khaled Abdul) When asked why he decided to base the takeaway in Barry, Khaled said: “In Barry they’ve got so many award-winning restaurants and takeaways, so we thought why not go there as well and have a nice little competition.”

The business is located on 49 Vere St, Barry CF63 2HW and opened last Wednesday, September 18.

Khaled, who has had more than 30 years’ business experience, said: “By all means come down try our meals.”

Opening Times are: 5:30pm -10:30pm.
