A wedding dress shop could open up in Barry - if a change of use for a premises is granted.
South Quay Parkside Commercial Plot 395, Barry Waterfront, a currently vacant property which is currently limited to uses falling within the Class A3 (café/restaurant), could soon house a bridal store.
Morgan Williams of Persimmon Homes East Wales has applied to the Vale of Glamorgan Council for a change in use from Class A3 to Class A1 retail.
The proposed shop is expecting to employ one full-time and two part-time staff, and would operate Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, and Saturday from 9.30am to 3pm.
