Well…Sunday might have been the best day for a while…

It’s looking to be cloud with sunny intervals for the next few weeks with a couple of splatterings of light rain for good measure.

And the temperature doesn’t seem to be going crazy, with the Celsius hovering around the 20 degree mark.

Met Office weather forecast for Wales second half of August

Met Office’s weather forecast for the second half of August goes: “A mobile westerly pattern is expected to continue into next week.

“Low pressure systems are likely to track eastwards, probably near to the north of Scotland, but they may also move more bodily across the UK.

“This means cloud and rain will move in from the west at times, perhaps occasionally accompanied by rather breezy or unseasonably windy conditions.

“However, weather fronts will be interspersed with sunny or clear spells, and fair weather.

“Most of the wet weather will tend to be focused in the west and northwest, with longer drier spells further south and east.

“Temperatures overall will be close to average for August, and there is a possibility of very warm conditions returning to parts of the south and east.”
