A BARRY man accused of animal cruelty offences against two kittens has appeared in Cardiff Magistrates’ Court.
Daniel Bradley Jones, 26, of Northcote Terrace, is alleged to have caused unnecessary suffering to the cats called Maisey and Odin.
He is also charged with failing to reasonably protect Odin from pain, suffering, injury and disease.
Prosecuting authority the RSPCA claims he did so between September 1, 2023 and November 20, 2023.
Jones pleaded not guilty and is due back in court of September 12.
The defendant was granted unconditional bail.
