The cheapest of the top 10 most expensive streets was Sully's Burnham Avenue, which had three sales that averaged £553,666.
The research also highlighted the least expensive streets in the area.
Davnic Close, Main Street and Weston Court were among the most affordable.

The most expensive of the top 10 least expensive streets was Main Street in Barry which had three sales averaging £102,333.
Property Solvers co-founder, Ruban Selvanayagam, said: "To keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.
"It’s therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on Clevedon Avenue sold for £1,800,000 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £70,000 and under on Kingsland Crescent, Cardiff Road and Michaelston Close."
The study comes after Property Solvers tracked five years' worth of sold house prices across the Barry postcodes using the HM Land Registry's average sold price data from 2019 to 2024.
