A MAN is to be sentenced for standing in a flat window, wearing women’s clothes and touching himself in front of members of the public.
Paul Stanton, of Severn Avenue, Barry, committed the act of gross indecency twice.
Stanton, 60, dressed in female underwear, and touched himself in a sexual manner in the window of the flat making himself visible to passersby.
The offences were committed on June 19 and 20 in Barry.
At Cardiff Magistrates on June 22, Stanton indicated guilty pleas to two charges of ‘acts of outraging public decency’.
He is set to be sentenced at crown court in July.
Stanton was remanded in custody until his next hearing.
