Wild Banquet at Fonmon Castle will be returning this year and there's a special guest.
Founded by Charlotte Church, Awen Project has announced the return of the charity event set on Midsummer's Night in the grounds of Fonmon Castle, with Church to attend.
The event promises an evening of food, music, and storytelling.
London-based chefs, Grace & Skye, noted for their wild/fine-dining cuisine, will be serving a menu that is "seasonal, sustainable, and indulgent."
The menu will feature dishes made from locally sourced ingredients prepared over roaring wood fires in the woods.
The event won't just be a gastronomic delight; attendees will be serenaded with romantic jazz standards performed by students of the Awen Project, supported by some of Wales's finest musicians including Awen Project founder, Charlotte Church.
The students will perform a sneak preview of their upcoming theatre show, The Letter Killers Club, which is set to debut in Cardiff in July.
The Wild Banquet is an opportunity to support The Awen Project's mission to empower young people.
The charity fosters a new model for learning environments wherein they encourage students to be active participants in a democratic community.
Ms Church said: "We are overjoyed to be bringing back our Wild Banquet after the success of its debut last year.
"Our community of children and parents work so hard in putting together something that’s really special and gives them a fantastic learning opportunity whilst also being an essential fundraiser for our project."
There are only 50 tickets available, each priced at £120.
Included in the cost is a champagne reception, three-course meal, access to a charity auction, and entertainment.
