An American band will be performing in Barry as part of the arts festival.
Oregon-based trio, The Hackles, will make their only Welsh appearance at the Barry Arts Festival on Saturday, May 18.
Following their UK debut at Glasgow's Celtic Connections festival last year, the Americana band return this year to promote new album ‘What A Beautiful Thing I Have Made’.
Their Barry performance, featuring their unique brand of Americana infused music, will be held at St Mary's Church on Holton Road.
Organiser of Barry Arts Festival, Mike Duggan, said: "We are really pleased to be putting on the Hackles' only gig in Wales, on their month long tour of the UK.
"St Mary’s Church will be a great venue for this three piece, and we hope that music lovers in Barry will enjoy the trio, playing their unique form of raw Americana, brought from the American north-west."
Tickets are available online or from the Vinyl Frontier on Holton Road or Ticketsource and cost £14.
They are also available from Mr Duggan.
The show starts at 7pm.
