TWO highly flammable gas bottles were found dumped in a manhole in Barry.
There are items to dump and places to dump them, but this has to be one of the strangest places to choose.
Vale Council say their team responded to an urgent situation on the town’s Argae Lane where two gas bottles were found dumped in a manhole.
In fact, one was placed in the outlet blocking it entirely.
