A concert was held in Barry to raise money for two charities.
Musicians Murphy, Morty and Taif united last week for a special gig, supporting the mayor of Barry's charities, 2Wish and Mind in the Vale.
The experienced trio provided entertainment at the Dock Town Grill on Broad Street, performing two sets of well-known tunes.
Talent from the trio extends to politics, with Taif serving as a Barry Town Councillor while also gaining international acclaim as a bass guitar player.
Mayor of Barry, Cllr Ian Johnson, said: "It was a lovely night out for everybody at the Dock Town Grill on Broad Street, who offered their normal food and drink menu, alongside the great music played by Murphy, Morty & Taif.
"I said at the start of my year as mayor that I wanted to support arts and culture in the town, and it has been a pleasure to open festivals during the summer and attend gigs and cultural events throughout the year."
He added: "It was very special to have Taif, one of the councillors on Barry Town Council, playing a gig with his friends in aid of the Mayor’s Charities, 2Wish and Mind in the Vale."
