22-year-old Josh Flynn said: "Whilst on Network75, I enjoyed having the opportunity to get out in the industry and apply what I had learnt in university.
"The work and study balance was great and exactly what I needed to improve my skills."
Since its launch in 2000, Network75 has maintained a 100 per cent employability record for graduates.
Josh, who is now working on a housing project in Portskewett, added: "Every day is different and provides me with fresh challenges and tasks, which I am grateful for.
"My colleagues have been extremely welcoming and supportive in everything I do."
Anthony Vagges, regional commercial manager at Lovell, echoed this sentiment, praising Josh's hard work and fresh perspective.
Network75 celebrates Josh's success, calling it a testament to his work ethic and Lovell's commitment to nurturing local talent.
