A ROUND-UP of recent cases heard at Cardiff Magistrates’ Court.
CLAIRE MARIE GREEN, 34, of Hinchsliff Avenue Avenue, Barry must pay £735 in a fine, costs and a surcharge for speeding at 62mph in a 30mph zone on the A48 in Cardiff on the A48 Western Avenue junction with Excelsior Road on June 27.
Her driving record was endorsed with six points.
DAVID MICHAEL SINGLETON, 27, of Plymouth Road, Barry was banned from driving for six months for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.
He must pay £1,014 in a fine, costs and a surcharge.
LOURA VENTRICE-PAGE, 38, of Columbus Close, Barry must pay £1,014 in a fine, costs and a surcharge for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.

ROXANNE EATON, 34, of Heol Leubren, Barry must pay £250 in a fine, costs and a surcharge for speeding in a 20mph zone on Llandaff Road, Cardiff on November 18, 2022.
Her driving record was endorsed with three points.
RAHIM HAIDERI, 40, of Coldbrook Road East, Barry must pay £398 in a fine, costs and a surcharge for speeding at 38mph in a 30mph zone on Pentwyn Road, Cardiff on May 28.
His driving record was endorsed with three points.
TOBY EDWARD GEORGE MESSER, 37, of Livingstone Way, St Athan must pay £304 in a fine, costs and a surcharge for speeding at 48mph in a 30mph zone on the A48 in St Nicholas on June 3.
His driving record was endorsed with six points.
ALEX PETERS, 29, of no fixed abode, Barry was sentenced to a 12-month community order after he pleaded guilty to assault by beating on August 27.
He must complete a 20-day rehabilitation activity requirement and must pay £329 in a fine, costs, surcharge and compensation.
MATHEW FINCH, 49, of Greenwood Close, Twyn-yr-Odyn, was fined £120 after he pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine in Barry on July 27.
He must also pay £85 costs.
