VOLUNTARY groups in the Vale of Glamorgan could benefit from joining an organisation offering help and support.
Glamorgan Voluntary Services (GVS) is an independent charity that acts as an umbrella group to support more than 700 organisations in the borough.
With a range of services and benefits, GVS aims to improve the quality of life for people and communities in the area.
Membership is free for organisations with an income of under £17,000 a year.
In addition to free membership, GVS provides support on various aspects including governance, funding, volunteering, and more.
Practical services such as training, printing, and design work are also available at discounted rates.
One of GVS' roles is being an information hub for the Third Sector, working closely with organizations like the Welsh Government, Vale of Glamorgan Council, and the Cardiff and Vale University Health Board.
To learn more about the membership options offered by GVS, visit www.gvs.wales/membership or contact Mark Stillman at mark@gvs.wales.
