Advisers
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide advice to clients via telephone and digital channels throughout Wales and England as part of the Citizens Advice Service. The starting salary for the role is £19,285.
The successful individuals will be trained to deliver advice in consumer, debt, welfare benefits, housing, employment, amongst other areas.
Our contract requires Citizens Advice Cardiff and Vale to offer and provide some advice in the Welsh language. We recognise that this is a valuable skill; therefore, we will pay an additional £2,000 per annum for Welsh language advisers who are competent and confident to deliver advice in Welsh.

Job Duties:
- Answer incoming customer enquiries
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with organisational policies
