TWO thieves from the Vale of Glamorgan have appeared in court charged with theft of more than £400 worth of items in the last two weeks.
Adrian Alawi Edros, 33 of Holton Road, Barry pleaded guilty to theft at Cardiff Magistrates Court on Monday, January 31.
He admitted to stealing £49.40 worth of meats from the Co-Operative in Colcot Road in Barry on Monday, January 24.
He was sent to prison for two weeks. He was also ordered to pay £49.40 compensation and £128 surcharge.

Stacey Cassemis, 33 of Llewellyn Avenue, Ely, pleaded guilty to theft at Cardiff Magistrates Court on Thursday, January 27.
She admitted to stealing an unknown amount of items from B&M in Barry on Friday, November 5, and £400.80 worth of items from the store on November 10.
She was given a 12 week curfew and ordered to pay £200 compensation.
