A ROUND-UP of recent cases heard at Cardiff Magistrates’ Court.
PAUL JOHN VAUGHAN RICHARDSON, 67, of Hill Street, Barry, was ordered to pay £239 in a fine, costs and a surcharge after he pleaded guilty to public disorder in the town on June 22.
He was also made the subject of a 12-month restraining order.
CHARLES THOMAS JENKINS, 36, of Thaw Close, Rhoose, was banned from driving for six months after he failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.
He was ordered to pay £816 in fines, costs and a surcharge.

AMANDA JANE DIX, 37, of Salisbury Close, Penarth, was ordered to pay £244 in a fine, costs and a surcharge for speeding at 63mph in a 30mph zone in a BMW 335D on Jenner Road in Barry on November 14, 2020.
Her driving record was endorsed with six points.
MONTY SMITH (BARRY) LTD, Sully Moors Road, Sully, were ordered to pay £1,210 in a fine, costs and a surcharge after it was proven in their absence that they failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle alleged to have been guilty of an offence.
ZAK LYN WILLIAMS, 33, of Cardiff Road, Barry, was ordered to pay £574 in a fine, costs and a surcharge for speeding at 44mph in a 30mph zone on Cowbridge Road West, Cardiff, on December 12, 2020.
His driving record was endorsed with four points.
JOSEPH FALCON, 34, of Holton Road, Barry, was ordered to pay £284 in fines, costs and a surcharge for driving without insurance and driving without a licence on Heol Trelai, Cardiff, on April 24.
His driving record was endorsed with six points.
MICHAEL BYARD, 43, of Barry Road, Barry, was banned from driving for six months for driving without insurance and driving without a licence in the town on April 15.
He was ordered to pay £284 in fines, costs and a surcharge.
DAVID NATHAN HOOPER, 35, of Evans Street, Barry, was banned from driving for six months for driving without a licence on Barry Road on April 15.
He was ordered to pay £344 in fines, costs and a surcharge.
