A ROUND-UP of recent cases heard at Cardiff Magistrates’ Court.
ANDREW KEITH RUMBELOW, 40, of Port Road, Rhoose, was jailed for nine weeks after he admitted being drunk and disorderly, failing to surrender and failing to comply with the requirements of a community order for assault by beating and criminal damage.
JAMES KIDDIE, 24, of Wessex Place, Barry, was ordered to pay £400 in a fine, costs and a surcharge for driving without insurance.

MICHAEL SZEFLER, 31, of Vere Street, Barry, was ordered to pay £816 in a fine, costs and a surcharge for driving without insurance.

SAMANTHA SUSAN EVANS, 26, of Mallory Close, St Athan, was ordered to pay £224 in a fine, costs and a surcharge for speeding at 37mph in a 30mph zone.

CHAREE DEE HALES, 33, of Carne Court, Boverton, was banned from driving for 17 months after she admitted being more than twice the drink drive limit in Barry.
She was ordered to pay £239 in a fine, costs and a surcharge.
ADRIAN MICHAEL LEWIS, 37, of Picketston Close, Eglwys Brewis, was ordered to pay £816 in a fine, costs and a surcharge for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle.
His driving record was endorsed with six points.
STEPHEN BREEN, 35, of Ewbank Close, Barry, was ordered to pay £324 in a fine, costs and a surcharge for driving without insurance.
His driving record was endorsed with six points.
DAVID JAMES DUTCH, 54, of Buttrills Walk, Barry, was ordered to pay £224 in a fine, costs and a surcharge for speeding at 35mph in a 30mph zone on Jenner Road.

JOSHUA LUCAS CHORLEY, 31, of Cardiff Road, Barry, was ordered to pay £100 in a fine, costs and a surcharge for speeding at 35mph in a 30mph zone in Dinas Powys.
