THERE have been 15 new cases and five new coronavirus-related deaths in the Vale of Glamorgan in the past 24 hours.
This brings the total number of cases in the Vale to 1,674 and the total number of deaths to 314 since the pandemic began according to Public Health Wales.
In the past 24 hours, 142 tests were carried out in the Vale, with a positive test rate coming in at 11.2 cases per 100,000 population.
The graph shows the total number of cases of coronavirus in each area of Barry since the pandemic began, a rolling 21 and 7 day case numbers for each area.
Focusing in on Barry itself, the rolling seven day case numbers for the period of November 2-8 shows a relatively small number of cases in comparison to the rest of Wales.

For the period in question, Barry Island saw 18 cases, with 12 cases recorded in Barry East and 13 in Barry West.
There were 0-2 in Barry Dyfan & Illtyd, eight in Gibbonsdown and nine in Palmerstown.
Across Wales, there were 928 new cases recorded in the past 24 hours and 45 new deaths recorded to Public Health Wales, however, the figure is expected to be higher.
