A ROUND-UP of recent cases heard at Cardiff Magistrates’ Court.
HOLLY SIAN COTTER, 27, of Bassett Street, Barry, was conditionally discharged for nine months after she admitted the theft of frozen fish, two sausage rolls, chips and two pork chops, worth a combined value of £11.18, from B&M Express.
She was ordered to pay £22.18 in compensation and a surcharge.
DONNA LUCY PEART, 37, of Jewel Street, Barry, was conditionally discharged for nine months after she pleaded guilty to the possession of crack cocaine and heroin.
She was ordered to pay a £22 surcharge.

EMEILLIO BENITO PIERACCINI, 28, of Port Road, Rhoose, was ordered to pay £72 in compensation and a surcharge after he admitted causing criminal damage to a fire door worth £965.
THOMAS JOHN CROLLA, 28, of Holton Road, Barry, was conditionally discharged for 12 months after he pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly at Cardiff Central Railway Station.
He must pay £107 in costs and a surcharge.
CAROLYN HARRISON, 56, of Cog Road, Sully, was ordered to pay £232 in a fine, costs and a surcharge for speeding at 27mph in a 20mph on Barry’s Butrills Road.
Her driving record was endorsed with three points.
WILLIAM JAMES BURROWS, 48, of Beaufort Way, Fontygary, Rhoose, was ordered to pay £268 in a fine, costs and a surcharge for speeding at 37mph in a 30mph on the A48 in St Nicholas.
His driving record was endorsed with three points.
