A MURDERER who stabbed a “loving son, brother and father” to death with a flick knife was today jailed for life.
Jordan Brown will have to serve a minimum of 24 years behind bars for killing Jordan Davies in Barry town centre a few days before Christmas.
The 25-year-old defendant, of Holton Road, Barry, was found guilty by a jury at Cardiff Crown Court of murdering his victim on Monday, December 16, 2019.
He had denied the charge and claimed he had killed the 23-year-old Mr Davies in self-defence.

“Following a confrontation in the street with his then friend, Jordan Brown, he was stabbed three times with one fatal wound to his chest.
“Mr Davies collapsed and Brown fled from the scene, discarding his clothes in a nearby lane.
“Despite the best efforts of members of the public and extensive medical treatment by medical professionals who attended the scene, Mr Davies sadly did not survive.
