A ROUND-UP of recent cases heard at Cardiff Magistrates’ Court.
TAL HUNT, 23, of Main Street, Barry, was banned from driving for 12 months after he admitted drug-driving with delta 9 tetrahydrocannabinol, a breakdown product of cannabis, in his blood.
He was ordered to pay £237 in costs, a fine and a surcharge.
ANDREW VERNON HILL, 71, of Church Road, Barry, was conditionally discharged for 12 months after he pleaded guilty to public disorder at Cardiff Central railway station.
He was ordered to pay £107 in costs and a surcharge.

DEAN MARK WATKINS, 36, of Greenwood Street, Barry, was banned from driving for 12 months and made the subject of a six-week curfew after he pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified.
He was also ordered to complete a 15-day rehabilitation activity requirement and pay £180 in a surcharge and costs.
DAVID CARLOS ARAGUNDEZ RAY, 31, of Coychurch Rise, Barry, was ordered to carry out 140 hours of unpaid work after he admitted public disorder in Cardiff.
He was also ordered to pay £180 in costs and a surcharge.
NATASHA MARIE ALLT, 24, of Arno Road, Barry, was ordered to pay £239 in a fine, costs and surcharge after she pleaded guilty to possession of heroin and cannabis.
NIGEL BOOTH, 65, of Walterston, was banned from driving for 12 months after he pleaded guilty to drink-driving.
He was also ordered to pay £239 in costs, a fine and a surcharge.
SEAN DANIEL LEWIS, 39, of Vere Street, Cadoxton, Barry, was fined £20 after he admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order.
RHYS WATKINS, 33, of Cardiff Prison, was conditionally discharged for six months and fined £22 after he pleaded guilty to possession of heroin.
