The Rhoose by-election takes place later this month
THE candidates for the upcoming Rhoose by-election have been finalised ahead of the vote later this month.
The by-election, which has been sparked by the death of Rhoose councillor Phil Clarke in April, will be held on Thursday, June 30 and will determine the new Vale of Glamorgan council member for the Rhoose ward.
The following candidates will feature on the ballot paper: Rachel Banner (Independent), James Fyfe (The Pirate Party UK), Gordon Kemp (Conservatives), Graham Loveluck-Edwards (Labour), Robin Lynn (Liberal Democrats), Ian Perry (Plaid Cymru), Adam Riley (Independent).
