VALE MP Alun Cairns has met with concerned local residents in Rhoose to discuss possible changes to library services in the town.
The local action group met with the Vale MP and Councillor Jeff James at the library before the public consultation closes at the end of December.
Mr Cairns said: “I met with the local Save Rhoose Library Campaign group to learn more about the proposed changes to the library operation in Rhoose, and what impact it could have on services at the library.
"Many libraries across the Vale of Glamorgan could be affected by the plans set out by the local authority and these proposals only serve to highlight why we need a fairer funding settlement for the Vale of Glamorgan."
