WHITLOW Peacefully on 25th May at home Valerie aged 73 years, proprietor of Val's Florists, Barry Road, Barry, dearly loved wife of Peter, a loved mother of Byron, Trudie, Timothy and Adrian, respected mother-in-law, cherished grandmother and great grandmother and loving sister.
