HART Peacefully after a long illness on 30th March at the Barry Hospital, Patricia Blanche (Pat) aged 82 years of Taf Close, Barry. Dearly loved wife of Alvern (Al), loving mother of Clare and the late Peter, loved mother-in-law of Fay and Clare's partner Alun, cherished grandmother of Jack and Alex. Pat will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Resting at A G Adams & Son, Funeral Home, Gladstone Road, Barry until the funeral on Thursday 12th April. Service at All Saints Church, Barry at 3pm afterwards family and close friends for committal service at the Cardiff and Glamorgan Crematorium at 4.30pm. Family flowers only, if desired donations may be sent to British Heart Foundation, B.H.F. , Sophia House, 28, Cathedral Road, Cardiff. CF11 9LJ
