SLEEMAN JACK Peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family, after a long illness bravely borne, on March 24th 2012. Jack beloved father of Paul and Kerry and much loved father-in-law of Lorna and Tony, devoted partner to Sonia and cherished grandad of Michael, Rebecca, Nicole, Jordan, Olly and Tilly, a very special friend to Nigel, Sara and family who will be hugely missed by all. NO BLACK TIES PLEASE (RUGBY TIES IF POSSIBLE) Funeral service will be held in St Peter's Church, Dinas Powys on Wednesday April 4th at 2.00pm afterwards to Vale of Glamorgan Crematorium, Port Road East at 3.00pm.
