DIMOND HANNAH LOUISE Hannah peacefully passed away at The University Hospital of Wales on Thursday March 8th, very much loved daughter of Steve & Jos, loving sister of Becki, Louis & Millie, a beautiful grandaughter to Irene & Colin & Geoff & Medea, she was special to all who knew & loved her. xxxx The funeral service will be held at the Vale of Glamorgan Crematorium, Barry on Wednesday March 21st at 10.30am by request family flowers only, donations to Ty Hafan.
