CHUCAS JENNY Following a short illness, peacefully at home in the company of her family on January 11th 2012. Loving wife to Charlie, much loved mother to Sam, Chris, Joe and George. Will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Resting at A G Adams Funeral Home, Gladstone Road, Barry until the service in the chapel on Friday 20th January 2012 at 2.30pm followed by a committal service in the Vale of Glamorgan Crematorium, Barry at 3.45pm. Family flowers only please, Donations may be sent to Cancer Research Wales, Velindre Hospital, Whitchurch, Cardiff CF14 2TL Wales.
