WARRANT OFFICER CLASS II DAVID ALLAN COOMBER (DAI) Serving with 14th Signal Regiment (Electronic Warfare) passed away peacefully at home after a short battle with Burkitts Lymphoma on 23rd October 2011 aged 38. Much loved husband of Vicky, father to Owain and Bethan, son of Allan and Carol and dearly loved brother of Rhian and Rhys, plus many other members of the family. Dai had a long and successful career in the British Army, serving in Northern Ireland, Germany, Afghanistan and Iraq working in Electronic Warfare and Bomb Disposal. The funeral service will be held at Saint Botolphs Church, Shepshed, Leicestershire at 13.00 on Friday 4th November 2011 followed by a burial at Shepshed Cemetery where everyone is welcome. Family flowers only, donations if desired to the Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research Charity via the funeral directors, Shepshed Funeral Service.
