Peacefully on 19th October with her family present, Clair aged 41 years, adored wife of Gareth, precious daughter of Lyn and Gilda, loved sister of Vicky, Brother-in-law Andrew and Niece’s Isla and Amelia.
Clair will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.
Resting at A G Adams Funeralcare until the service at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium on Saturday 9th November at 11am.
Family flowers only, donations in lieu if so desired for Breast Cancer Now and Marie Curie Hospice will be collected on the day.
