WARE Lesley Fay (nee Lark) Peacefully at Springbank Nursing Home on 23rd September, Lesley aged 76 years, beloved wife of the late Bill. Lesley will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Resting at A G Adams funeralcare, until the service at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium on Wednesday 30th October at 1pm. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if so desired for Velindre Hospital will be collected on the day.
