REES Thelma Grace "Thel" (née Farmer) Suddenly and peacefully on 9th May at the University Hospital of Wales. Dearly beloved wife of the late Mike. Loving mother to Chris, Nigel, Paul, the late Ian and Bruno. Mother-in law to Sara, Julie, Helen and Anna. Adored grandmother to Dafydd, Iestyn, Sarah, Jack, Charlie, Owen and the late Dylan. Proud great grandmother to Bleddyn. Sister to Richard, Ken, Gill and Julie. Much missed by all her friends and extended family. Reunited with her boys. Good night Mam, rest in peace x Mam wished no funeral, no flowers, no fuss. In due course there will be a celebration of her life. Donations in lieu of flowers to Ty Hafan or Dogs Trust.
