PAPOUTSOU Patricia (Trish Carter) Passed away peacefully on 6th April at the University Hospital Of Wales. Loving Mother to Maria and Dominique. Grandmother to Nicole and Great Grandmother to Harper and summer She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her Trish's Funeral will be held at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium, Barry on Friday 3rd May at 3pm Donations can be made at the service to support St Helens Infant School In memory of Pat Funeral arrangements entrusted to Lyndsay Ellis at The Vale Funeral Service
