CURTIS Stephen Brinley Sadly, on 21st March 2024, at Llandough Hospital, Stephen passed away aged 77. Beloved husband of the late Teresa, much loved dad of Simon, Tom and Joanna. Adored Grampy to all his grandchildren. Cherished brother of Shelagh. Stephen will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. Resting at James Summers Funeralcare, Lavernock Road, Penarth, until the funeral service on Tuesday 16th April at St Helen's Catholic Church, Barry at 11.45am followed by cremation at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium, Barry. Family flowers only. Donations in memory of Stephen may be made to Cancer Research UK www.cancerresearchuk.org

I'm so very sorry to hear about Steve. We worked together at the Welsh Government some years ago, and kept in touch and met up for the odd beer or two every now and then. Sadly when Covid came, we fell out of the habit and lost touch. Please know that Steve was a much-loved colleague and friend and he adored his family, which I was privileged to see first-hand at the funeral of your beloved mum, Teresa. He was so proud of you. My sincerest condolences to you all, and rest in peace, dear Steve. Much love, Claire Horton.
