STACEY Carole Mary Suddenly on 14th August, Carole passed away at the Heath Hospital, Cardiff, aged 79. Beloved mother, grandmother and friend. Resting at A G Adams Funeralcare, until the service on Friday 1st September at A G Adams at 11am, followed by committal at Cardiff and Glamorgan Crematorium, Barry. Flowers welcome and may be sent to the funeral home, or donations in lieu of flowers can be made at the service in aid of the British Heart Foundation.
