SLADE ANTHONY CHARLES (TONY) On 14th December 2021 at UHW after a short illness aged 83 years. Former milk roundsman in Barry. Devoted husband to Jean, beloved father of Michele and Maria, father in law to Stephen and Michael, cherished grampy to Bianca and partner Simon, adored great grampy to Ella Rae and Reggie. Resting in the care of Lyndsay Ellis until the celebration of Tony's life at Cardiff and Glamorgan Crematorium on 10th January 2022 at 12 pm. Family flowers only. Donations if desired can be made to Intensive Care Staff Education Funding for Cardiff and the Vale Health Charity.
