JOSEPH Philip Suddenly on the 2nd November, Phil, well known for his time as a carpet fitter and cleaner within Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. Much loved Dad of Nicola, Rachel and Nadiene. Devoted partner of Gail. Phil will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
