MELBOURNE (nee Martin) CAROL ANN Suddenly at home on 4th June 2016, Carol aged 75 years, much loved Mum of Dean, Tina and Gail, a loving Nan to Curzon, Kayleigh Daniel, Mathew, Jaydene and Jack. Carol will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Resting at A G Adams & Son until the funeral service in the Chapel of Rest on Friday 17th June 2016 at 11am Followed by Interment at Barry Cemetery, flowers may be sent to the Funeral Home.
