SCHMIDT Jean C (Nina) Nee Burt Jean died peacefully but sudden in the arms of her children at Barry Community Hospital on Good Friday (25th March 2016), strong to the end and fought with Dignity. Beloved wife to the late Eric, much loved Mum of Ines & Lisa. Adored Grandmother of Kerstin and the late Alexandra, Great grandmother of Marina and great Great grandmother of Luca. Nina will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Nina was Kerstin’s World. Always ready for a Talk, Cwtch & Smile. Resting at The Vale Funeral Service, 181 Court Road, Barry until her service at St Cadocs. Old Village Church, Barry on Friday 15th April at 1pm, followed by cremation at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium. Please at Jean’s request wear a bright scarf at the service. No floral tributes – donations if desired may be made at the service or via Jean’s online tribute page at www.valefuneralservice.co.uk , where personal tributes, messages may also be made.
